ABOUT
Aircraft mechanic and paratrooper in the Spanish Air Force. Commercial pilot. Two careers built on the same principle: execute precisely or people get hurt.
Then 2020. I finished my commercial licence into a grounded industry, and went all-in on the thing that was still open.
Since then I've built go-to-market from nothing to success more than ten times, across consumer, B2B and multiple industries. That range gave me the judgement of someone who has sat on the strategy board and executed it end to end. At Mutant Labs I ran growth and partnerships and sat on the board of a 15-person organisation, taking the main product past $20M in proceeds, $7M of it directly attributed to me. I co-founded Syndicate, a fintech that reached 550 paying customers in 90 days on a €5,000 marketing budget. At the Onchain Foundation I joined as Community and Business Development Manager, proposed a growth plan, and ran it through to completion. Nine months later I was promoted to own the growth function outright; brand from zero to enterprise retainers.
What I actually do is open markets. Events, partnerships, communities, and the relationships that turn into pipeline.
This site is where I write about it.
WORK
Frameworks built from operating, not observing.
I build the go-to-market function in markets where the brand doesn't exist yet.
Making the same product make sense to a market that has never heard of it.
I commission and direct the work, and I write the argument underneath it.
I brief the channels, hold them to a number, and cut what doesn't work.

SELECTED WORK
A selection of ventures I've built, governed, or advised.
Sole growth hire for the research and brand arm of the Onchain Foundation. In under three months I built the partnerships and commercial function from scratch: enterprise membership products, institutional research distribution, media relations, and a partner activation engine spanning 300+ organisations.
Created and produced 350+ hours of live programming from zero, featuring 40+ senior industry leaders monthly and reaching 100,000+ listeners. Built an institutional research channel to 10k+ subscribers at a 40%+ open rate. Secured 140+ media placements across Cointelegraph, Yahoo Finance and MSN.
Represented the organisation at industry conferences in Singapore, Dubai, Paris and Barcelona.
Joined as Community and Business Development Manager, proposed a growth plan, and ran it through to completion. Promoted nine months later to own the growth function outright (the internal title was Hero of Growth).
Selected into the Lost Astronaut accelerator in Barcelona by winning its hackathon. Over three months in the hacker house, funded, with an operational budget and a monthly stipend. One of two teams to reach the end of the programme as a solo founder.
Built three products from zero, alone: product, code, brand, content and go-to-market for each. ArtMatch, a limited-edition art marketplace. Grimoires, a CRM and tooling product for creative small businesses, killed after the first working version. Blob, a privacy-first AI companion on Telegram that reached around 600 users and roughly $25,000 in proceeds, built in under three weeks.
The venture did not continue past the residency. What carried forward is proof: I can take a product from nothing to paying customers, alone and fast.
A limited-edition art marketplace built solo during the Lost Astronaut residency, from first line of code to paid acquisition.
Built a taste-matching quiz completed by 57% of everyone who started it, card and stablecoin checkout, an augmented-reality preview at true scale, and revenue-share deals with the artists on the platform.
$3.3k in customer revenue across four continents. The product did not continue past the residency, but it proved out the full loop end to end: product, checkout and acquisition, built and shipped by one person.
Creators of MutantCats, a top-ranked collection on OpenSea that generated $20M+ in proceeds, $7M of it directly attributed to me. The company was governed by shareholder vote. I was elected to the board, overseeing an eight-figure investment portfolio and a 15-person organisation.
Authored the investment thesis that grew an $800k position to $4.3M in capital appreciation while generating $1.5M+ in realised yield. Designed the incentive structures that took assets on the platform past $200M, with 90% shareholder participation and 6x lifetime value.
Led delivery across product, engineering, legal and finance. Drove 240% growth in resale volume through 10+ co-marketing partnerships.
Delivered a conference keynote in New York and a panel in Miami. This is where I learned how governance, capital allocation and customer incentives interact at scale.
Co-founded a fintech delivering market research, trading intelligence and technical tools to active digital asset investors.
Owned the full product lifecycle from nothing: brand, narrative, positioning, go-to-market. Ran a three-phase launch that sold out, with demand three times supply, on a €5,000 marketing budget. 550+ paid conversions from a 15k+ qualified pipeline.
Built growth through content, earned media and 100+ partner activations. This is where I learned to build a commercial product from nothing, fast, and with very little money.
Brand and go-to-market advisory for a licensed European asset manager expanding into digital asset products.
Sourced initial client capital and refined the product positioning for an audience moving from traditional finance into digital assets.
This engagement sat at the exact intersection I operate in: helping a regulated institution navigate the language, products and distribution channels of a new category. The challenge was not the product; it was translating an unfamiliar value proposition into terms that compliance teams and retail investors could trust.
On January 17, 2025, the President of the United States launched a memecoin. 764,000 wallets lost money. Nobody resigned. The machine kept building anyway.
More →In 1845, a failed speculator shot himself in Hyde Park after railway shares collapsed. He was not alone. The speculation was just the funding mechanism.
More →The smartest builders I know have quietly stopped building in digital assets. A week in Cannes was not an industry conference for me. It was a transition point.
